Sikkim bagged First and Second Position in the Kala Utsav-2021 Competition at National Level. Sikkim has secured the first position in the 3-Dimensional Sculpture category and Second position in the Instrumental Music Traditional Folk category in the recently held Kala Utsav Competition.
