Nurse Day

Commemorating International Nurses Day

Nursing is one of the humanistic professions which requires the most dedication, compassion, and patience. Patients and their families can be at ease, knowing that they are in safe hands with nurses around.

On the occasion of International Nurses Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale popularly known as The Lady with the Lamp, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the nurses all over the world.

Nurses regularly deal with patients individually and gain a specific insight into their needs. They operate as the link between doctors and patients, carrying out the care plan with medication and treatment, and keeping a close eye on each patient.

They have continually been at the forefront of every crisis, pandemic, and epidemic, providing treatment and. During the several waves of COVID-19, they displayed their resilience and dedicated themselves to the cause of saving lives and were an integral part of our fight against the virus.

I pay my highest respect to our nurses and nurses all around the world for their unparalleled service and contributions.

Delighted to be a part of the International Nurses Day 2022 celebrations at STNM Hospital, Sochyagang. Was honored to felicitate nurses for their unparalleled service, dedication and for making a significant difference in our lives.
