- Addiction to drugs, increasing suicides, rising crimes and depression among all sections of the society are the emerging social problems in Sikkim. The youths are the assets of a society; loss of such great brains hampers the overall development and progress of Sikkim. An effective Policy on Curbing Social Menace shall be framed to make Sikkim- a Stress-Free State.
- Concept of Our Sikkim, One Sikkim and All Youths, Our Youths shall be promoted and strengthened.
- Counseling Centre shall be established at each GPU level to reduce the problems of drug addiction, suicides, criminal activities, depression, etc.
- Digital Detox Centre shall be established in all four districts to minimize the addiction problems.
- Rehabilitation Centre shall be established with all modern facilities and service to youths so that they can live a normal life like as any citizen.
- Database of the affected citizens shall be generated from each GPU to address the social menace.
- Legislatures Meeting shall address the problems every month to address the problems.
- Carrier Counseling Centre shall be established at each sub divisional level.
- Yoga and Meditation Centre shall be established at GPU level.
- Counseling shall be organized through trained counseling instructors.
- Events shall be organized to boost the moral and emotional support.
- Professional training shall be provided to the affected citizens.
- Exposure tour and travel shall be organized.
- Radiation Therapy Centre shall be established.
- Recreation Centre shall be established at each GPU to support village development.
